You are allowed to request a return or exchange for products you have purchased within a period of up to 24 hours for return and 72 hours for exchange from the date of receipt of the order. Items must be in original condition, unused and carry all tags and original packaging.

Please contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return or exchange process. Order information such as the order number, details of the product to be returned or exchanged, and the reason for the return or exchange will be requested.
3. Terms of return and exchange:
– Products must be in their original condition, unused and bearing all tags and original packaging.
– The customer bears the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, unless there is an error on our part or a damaged/incorrect product was delivered.
– An administrative fee or shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, according to the applicable refund policy.
4. Return process:
– After the returned order is received and inspected by our quality team, the value of the returned product will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase.
– Please note that it may take some time for your refund to process and appear in your bank account.
5. Replacement process:
– In case of exchange, the product will be replaced with another product of your choice according to available stock.
– If the value of the exchanged product is higher than the original product, additional costs will apply that you must pay.
